Event Official Rules

These Official Rules explain how to participate in the Reazy Hub Virtual Escape Room Event, earn points, RSVP, and claim prizes. Please read carefully before joining the event.
Eligibility
- Open to all registered Reazy Hub users.
- Participants must be at least 18 years old.
- Employees of Reazy Hub and their immediate family members are not eligible for prizes.
Event Period
- The Virtual Launch Party begins on [Start Date & Time] and ends on [End Date & Time].
- Only actions completed during this period will count toward event points and prize eligibility.
How to Participate
- New users must sign up and RSVP for the event to participate.
- Existing users must RSVP via the dashboard to be eligible for drink vouchers.
- Earn points by completing activities on Reazy Hub, including:
a. Completing your profile
b. Posting and fully completing listings
c. Commenting on blogs and threads
- Inviting friends to join Reazy Hub
- Participating in virtual event activities
Points and Leaderboard
- Points are awarded for actions as outlined on the event page and leaderboard.
- The leaderboard will display participants’ total points and ranking.
- Reazy Hub reserves the right to adjust or disqualify points for fraudulent activity
Prizes
- Grand Prize: $150 Visa prepaid card for the participant with the highest points.
- Mini Prizes: Meal vouchers, home essentials, or digital rewards for top point earners.
- Drink Voucher Bonus: First 30 RSVPs (new and existing users) receive a $10 prepaid Visa card.
- All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Winner Selection and Notification
- Winners are determined by total points at the end of the event.
- Reazy Hub will notify winners via email within 7 days of event conclusion.
- Participants must respond within 14 days to claim their prize.
Publicity and Privacy
- By participating, you consent to the use of your name and profile picture for promotional purposes.
- Personal information will be used solely for event administration and prize distribution.
General Terms
- Reazy Hub reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the event in case of technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances.
- By participating, you agree to abide by these Official Rules and the Reazy Hub Terms of Service.
